SHIPPING POLICY

Cluxe currently ships to addresses within Canada and USA only
 
All orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order. Orders received on a Holiday, or Weekend (Saturday/Sunday), are processed on the next business day.  
 
Delivery times listed below are only estimates. It does not include delays due to weather, holidays, or remote areas. We will do our best to get your items to you on time but we cannot guarantee that your shipment will arrive on or before a certain date. If you are planning to use the purchased items for a certain event or you want to give it as a gift, please consider other factors that may affect the shipping time. 
 
Cluxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. But if this ever happens, we will try our best to help you track your package. If the package was not delivered or returned to us due to incorrect address you provided, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.

We ship all items via Canada Post. Costs are calculated upon checkout depending on your preferred shipping mode. Please note that Cluxe shall not be held liable for any lost packages when the non-tracked Standard Shipping is selected.

Free Shipping- 3 to 8 estimated business days

Express Shipping- 3 to 5 estimated business days

 
USA
We have partnered with a third-party company to facilitate faster shipping to US via USPS. We offer a  Flat Rate Shipping fee of CAD 12.00 anywhere in the US.

Free Shipping- 5 to 9 estimated business days
Express Shipping is not offered at this time
 


RETURN POLICY

Our Commitment
It has always been our commitment to provide our customers with a great shopping experience. While we always ensure the quality of our pieces, we understand that ordering online can be chancy since you can’t touch the item nor try them on. Hence, we invest in providing clear images of our products in different angles and list down all descriptions that could help you in deciding what product/s to choose. If you have any questions about a product that may not be covered under our FAQ section, please contact us and we'd be happy to assist you. 
 
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 
 
Please go through your order as soon as you receive them. If you think you've received a defective item, were sent an incorrect item or there are missing item/s from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. 
 
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
 
Due to hygienic reasons, all earrings are a FINAL SALE.
 
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unaltered, free of damages by the customer, and in the original packaging (including display cards and pouch)
 
Any item/s purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
 
Any item/s purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
 
Cluxe Gift Cards or E-gift cards are non-

 

Exchanges
To make an exchange, please return to us the item that you do not want and place a new order for the correct item. This way, you do not have to wait for your returned item to be received before your new item is shipped out. Once your returned item is received/inspected, a refund will be issued.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you immediately on the status of your refund. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
 
 
TAXES
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Cluxe Trading holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
