All in stock orders are processed and handed to the courier within 1-3 business days. This does not include the time it takes to ship your package.

Currently, we only ship to Canada and the USA. We are working hard to be able to offer our products to a wider range of clients around the world.

We use Canada Post to ship all items anywhere in Canada

USA

We use a third-party courier to ship items all over USA via USPS

First Class USPS (with tracking)

$10.00 CAD

Arrives 3-7 estimated business days

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For domestic orders (Canada), please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages if you choose the free shipping option (no tracking number). If you require guaranteed delivery, please choose the expedited shipping and we will include a signature required option. 

For international orders, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes which we are not responsible for. The amount depends on the destination country, and we are not liable for any failure by you to pay them. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. 

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and secured. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages or items delivered to the wrong address as provided during the checkout process. 

Shipping time indicated above are just estimates. Current global situations or increased delivery volumes during peak season may cause some delays. Please note that such situations are out of our control.
